I have been working in St. Andrew's Nursing Home for more than 5 years. I started out an an Enrolled Nurse and was given opportunities to further my career in Nursing. With guidance and support, I am now a Staff Nurse and there's more ahead planned for me to achieve my career goals. While the culture here is diverse, it provides an environment where I can learn a lot from different people of different backgrounds and experiences.

St. Andrew's Nursing Home can simply describe as my second home. They enable my capabilities to excel in my nursing profession and grow not only being as staff nurse but as a person as well. I appreciate that we are able to work alongside with different health care professionals as a team. St. Andrew's Nursing Home gives opportunities for me to further understand and expand my knowledge and skills in handling residents with psychiatric problems. I really appreciate all the training given to the care staff which ensures our ability to deliver the required care to our residents.
